Strawberry is a nutritious fruit and has high economic value. However, the picking period of strawberries is very short and it is not easy to preserve. With the continuous development of freeze-drying technology, strawberries can be processed by food freeze-drying machines based on the principle of sublimation, so as to solve the storage problem of strawberries. Strawberry freeze-drying processing has three forms: whole strawberry freeze-drying, slice freeze-drying, and strawberry powder freeze-drying. Today, the process flow of strawberry freeze-drying powder is introduced in detail.

The process flow of strawberry lyophilized powder includes: selecting fresh strawberries - washing with water - slitting - blanching - cooling - draining - crushing and beating - glue grinding - sterilization - pre-freezing - vacuum freeze-drying - ultra micro crushing - weighing and packaging - testing - finished products.

Before freeze-drying strawberries, fresh strawberries with good quality should be selected first. Then pick the leaves and remove the pedicles to remove impurities, and then conduct preliminary cleaning to sterilize the strawberry surface at the same time. After sterilization, clean and drain again. The dried strawberries can be sliced, protected by the blanching process, pulped after color protection, and then pasteurized so that the treatment process before freeze-drying is over.

After preliminary preparation, the strawberry liquid enters the food lyophilizer for low-temperature pre-freezing and crystallization to become a solid-state, and then sublimated and dried in a vacuum environment to obtain a lyophilized product with very little water. After the freeze-dried products are taken out of the warehouse, they will be transferred to the post-freeze-drying process of food. After ultra-fine crushing, they will be weighed and packaged as required. After testing, the finished products need to be packaged and put into storage.
